Kristen Wehner Jacobsen is an Associate Broker with Better Homes and Gardens Real Real Estate The Good Life Group in Omaha, Nebraska. Born and raised in Omaha, she graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a BA in Criminal Justice.

After graduation, Kristen worked in criminal justice before becoming a REALTOR®. A fourth-generation real estate veteran, she has been helping families with the purchase or sale of their homes since 2001.

Venecia Vargas is the Transaction Coordinator and a REALTOR for the Jacobsen Group at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Good Life Group. Venecia focuses on processing new listings, pending sales, and maintaining database and lead management systems.

Before joining Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Good Life Group as a Transaction Coordinator, Venecia worked as a buyer agent and Property manager for a family-owned company focusing on single-family and multi-family residential properties in Nebraska and lowa. Venecia's real estate career started in 2016 as a licensed REALTOR® in Nebraska and lowa, representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate.

Venecia holds an Associate degree from the Southeast Community College and a BBA from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln.

In 2015, Venecia served as a board member in the Metro Young Latino Professionals Association (MYLPA) in Omaha to support young professional Latinos in the area. Subsequently, Venecia has been a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) since 2016.

In her free time, Venecia loves yoga, inline skating, and chasing after adventure with her daughter and husband. Additionally, Venecia is fluent in Spanish.
